Providing the perfect blend of learning and amusement. We give school age children the opportunities to finish any homework with tutoring help from our staff, so more quality time can be spent at home, for a well-balanced out-of-school experience. Each day we offer a broad range of hands-on activities that allow them to develop their interests and skills.

Staff Knowledge & Implementation of Programs:
Staff have a clear understanding of our program and our expectations, Training in school-age-children and age-appropriate behavior. A comprehensive training program that involves: a program guide and handbook, mentoring by qualified staff, and pre-service training that exceeds requirements by the state licensing board. New staffs have a formal evaluation after sixty days of employment and all staff has annual performance evaluations. All staff members are required to have minimum 20 hours of training and orientation before being responsible for a group or campus. Staff members exhibit mature and responsible decision making skills. Staff members have worked for TC Kid’s Club over the past school year, or longer. Have current fingerprints and FBI background checks both with Northwest ISD and the state of Texas.
* Staff members are CPR & first aid certified.
* Staff maintain 20 hours of mandatory training yearly.
